How to reach us
By plane
From the airport of Florence, Amerigo Vespucci, take the shuttle bus "vola in bus" to the central station. From here you take the bus n° 11, 36 or 37 to Porta Romana, Piazza della Calza. We are one minute by foot from the busstop further down on Via De Serragli inside the court yard.
By car
We are inside the ZTL (restricted traffic area) but we can make a permit to enter when you arrive.
From high way A1: Exit at Firenze Impruneta and follow the signs to Florence center. You will pass Galluzzo and at Due Strade stay to the right into Via del Gelsomino (forced choice). You will then arrive to Poggio Imperiale and at the stoplight take left down following the signs for the center. At the end of the down hill slope take the second exit at the round about at Porta Romana, and enter under the gate into Piazza della Calza. Continue via Romana down under the telecamera and take first road at the left, via Serumido. At the end of via Serumido turn left in to via de Serragli and after 100 meters you will see a sign P for Parking and here you turn right into the court yard.
We are located in the characteristic area of Porta Romana, famous for its many artisan shops. This area is also full of small restaurants and typical trattorias. We are close to the magnificent Boboli Gardens which has an entrance at Porta Romana.
At Porta Romana there is a bus stop both for the tourist buses, who take you on a panoramic tour around Florence, as well as the ordinary buses who takes you right to the heart of Chianti in cities as Siena, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti etc.
